Kryptonite lock replacement

After some very dodgy security problems were reported I registered for a free replacement of my Kryptonite disc lock on their website. That was months ago and just realised I've never heard a peep out of them. Anyone else tried this free replacement scheme & if so with any success?

Not myself but there were several people here who reported that they'd got new ones

Yes, they replaced mine, which was about 5 - 6 years old. Get on their website and badger them. I think I had to.

yes , kryptonite replaced 2 locks 1 was more than ten years old, it did take a while for the new ones to arrive after i returned the old ones but they kept me informed by email , contact them again .

I registered for a free replacement and about a week later got an e-mail with a UPS collection slip attached.
I printed it out,stuck it on a box with the old lock inside and phoned UPS for collection.
Three weeks later a new lock arrived.

i ended up with 2 new locks for one very old one

not very tough ones though.

Had mine replaced sometime last year, the state sales manager personally dropped a new and better one off at our house.
