KTM Adventure Rally Fuel Tank

Do you have to fill up this rear tank first before the front tanks?

Got a similar thing from acerbis on my 525 rally bike, it's OK, does what it's supposed to do be there's enough flex in the mounting that there's a few tyre scuffs on the inside of it, it's just the weight on full compression i guess.
