They have announced prices for the adventure £12595, £500 extra for electronic package whatever that is,and another £200 for the R version.

Lower than peeps on here have been saying and looks like it'll be very much on a par with the new GS.

If I were after a new bike (and could afford one) and the bikes do actually end up being similarly priced I reckon I'd be going orange

I see the dealers are knocking out new 990 Adventures at £9250

the electronic package is the electronic suspension afaik.
News from the NEC was demo models would be in dealers from Feb and my local dealer is selling 2 X 990 Adv's for £8K

I spoke to a lady at the NEC and she was taking bookings for test rides in March 2013. It was towards the end of the show so late Feb delivery to dealers does not sound too far off what I heard.
