Epic hotel and food - my favourite in northern France.

I am no fan of Ferrari at all - I think they are fugly and pointless as a road car as fuck …….
However, that 1300 GS beats it hands down.
They are a shit show of ugliness !

Bingo. Same for me. To quote our Capt Flyby - I’ve stayed in many hotels….
Actually so have I….., all over the world and this is still one of my favourites.

The kitchen can be a bit hit and miss.. Today’s desert was rhubarb and ice cream….. well the former could have taken the enamel off your teeth but the place is a lovely place to stay. Very peaceful and quiet with huuuuge rooms

Am coming back in 2 weeks with the missus.



…. And you’re 100% correct about the car. What a ponce. I felt like pissing on it. The owners were totally engrossed with themselves and really arrogant. Me and my big mouth… I sad that driving a big red sports car at an elderly age was a bit like having a wank over Sam Fox…… those that are old enough get it. I said I much preferred my GSA.
As they were Brit’s they were quite surprised at my commenting as I had been chatting all the while with my biker matey in Dutch…. Kind of put them off a bit.
Shit car, poncy couple , private wank plate. Bet he thought he was the dogs bollocks with his red racing shoes. What a c**t….. and his name was Jeffery. When I hear that name it always reminds me of Rainbow…..

But the bike is a 1300 GSA and when you get used to its “ugliness”… it’s actually a lot of fun….. well mine is anyway

Three times I have stayed there now - I actively try and make my way into Europe routes make it a definite stop.
Rooms are lovely.
Food is epic. Wine also.
Ambience and peace second to none.

The RTR knew what they were doing

I have stayed here now 6 times in the past 2 years. Always our last stop on our way back to NL.
Back in 2 weeks with the Missus. I always ask for room 2 which is my favourite….walk in shower and bathroom is as big as my garage… room is just huge

Have yet to try the tree house…
