The BMW part no. is different for TC 2010-on bikes compared to pre-2010. NTK who make replacements only list one type for all. Anyone know what the actual difference is between the two BMW parts? Motorworks don't even list the later number.

Think there was a thread about this just recently -

Upshot was to pay billions to WMB for an oe otem, or nip to halfords and buy a 4 wire generic sensor --

not sure if it was a hex or lc model though a search should help

I actually heard that it could be trillions!!

I'm sure my Mk2 (single cam) Lambdas have only three wires. Best to check your wiring connectors before buying. BTW, a motor factors are probably less money than Halfords.

If you are having it Hilltopped, check with Geoff regards using wide band or normal sensors.

I am pretty sure they are to all intents and purposes the same, maybe just a different supplier. Opie oils do NTK ones for £65 at the moment and the NTK list has the same part for all years.

I think I have it sussed now. The later part has a slightly longer lead, otherwise the same.
