Lampf warning message and right hand LED indicators flashing at double speed..

Tried searching and found nothing that really nailed this.

Lampf warning light, when right hand LED indicator pressed. (LED lights from new, 2012 GSA).

Right hand indicators front and rear flash extra fast - all LEDs work.

When hazards are on, both left and right indicators flash at normal speed.

any ideas?

LED indicators usually have a ballast resistor one might have failed.

I'm going to pop a fresh battery in as I've got one on the shelf, and try another indicator.

It just seems very strange that the hazards work fine, but the right indicator on it's own flashes extra fast.

Tried new indicator units, still does it.

Think this is the catalyst to help decide to get rid of it, sadly the GS was one of my worst bike buying decisions, I let my heart rule over my head.

I'm selling it as I just don't 'feel' it, in comparison to every other bike I've owned. It sits in the garage un-used a lot of the time, I just don't feel the urge to get on it and ride it. With every other bike I used to try and find a way of using bikes more than the cars, but this just doesn't fire me up.

I've used it once since I last posted, which must be 2-3 weeks ago. It's a waste.

I could be wrong here but i thought that the Hexhead did not have LED indicators fitted so I am thinking they must be aftermarket. What about trying the old fashioned indicators with bulbs in them ?

My 2008 GSA has Bulb Indicators which are Stock AFAIK.

Led indicators were an option on earlier bike then became standard fitment.

Mine was always been good but since I sorted out the fulling its been great. Maybe it just needs a remap or tuning box.
