I watched the first 10-15 mins and it gives a good preview to newbies of the 'stop and restart' test for bikes, what to do and how to do it etc

Seriously though, you can see from those clips that your wheel placement is key if you are going to stand a chance cleaning the stage.

I am taking it as seriously as I can. New tyres, special bike fettle, new jacket, new visor, road book reader made, sturdy underpants purchased.
