Languedoc villa recommendations please

Im planning ahead for a trip next year. I know the area fairly well but looking for recommendations for a 4/5 bed villa in the region. Would like somewhere in a small town or village not too far from the coast. The family love Pezenas so near there would be good but not essential.

As I get to ride down and back on my own if anyone has any off road excursion recommendations for the area or on the trip down then I'm all ears too.

Pezenas, for most of us that don't know every village and town in France, is between Beziers and Montpellier. I too had to look it up.

You have a year, so early booking should help to secure the most popular villa, I guess.


PS You could also try the under employed (but excellent) search facility of UKGSer. The town on Pezenas pops up several times.... Here's one picked at random....
