Laser Exhaust

Fed up with being deafened by my Laser exhaust note after I forgot my ear plugs again, I bought an original from e-bay.

Fitted it on Sunday a took it for a quick spin - it's quieter ( quel surprise ) but as a bonus the horrendous flat spot at 4500rpm has improved tremendously.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of the rest ?

There's no cat fitted - just a y piece

The usual - valve clearance check, new plugs, set the TPS, reset the throttles, throttle balance, experiment with different ccp/jumper settings.
