As last year I spent a little time on the BMW stand at the NEC perusing a possible future WC purchase, still weighing up whether to go GS or GSA, but having had both out on test from my local dealer one thing I hadn't previously noticed was the proximity of the centre stand "arm" to my heal. With my left foot positioned centrally on the left footpeg there's no issue, but move my foot back to position the ball of my foot on the peg and I found I was badly fouling the centre stand with my heal. Has something changed? Is the GS the same?

I find getting the prop stand down on a WC is much harder that a TC.

True, but you soon get the hang of it. Mussel memory I suppose, Of the two the TC was easier.

Agreed. You have to look, but I guess familiarity etc. I do 12000 miles a year on my T Max and it is like an extension of me when putting it on either stand . Do far fewer miles on the GSA but as you say muscle memory improves with use

Ha ha I think me post wasn't clear! My issue is not with the ability to get the centre stand down, but that the centre stand fouls my heal if riding with toes on footpegs! Anyone else experienced the same?
