Lc headlight

I went for the LED headlight because you will be more visible in the day time, I too don't do much night time riding.

I drive a bright yellow tanker with headlight permanently on,people still don't see me...mind you there not LEDs

If you don't drive at night the headlight itself will hardly ever be used so it should last for yonks. If the driving light LEDs fail do you have to replace the whole unit? In fact does the whole unit need replacing if one of the headlights fails?

The LED headlight is fine, it works ok and looks cool - it's not a necessity and if I could have chosen a TE without it then I probably would have but didn't have the choice - the warranty will cover any failure and if a pheasant decides to headbutt it then I will claim on my insurance. I just hope that its light level doesn't drop significantly during my ownership.
