LC ride in Moscow - eeeeeek!

He pretty much had it all covered .... but not in too much of a hurry to make progress
At 13.02 he waited for his light to go green before sticking it in to gear, he could have got that when the pedestrian lights went off a couple of seconds earlier ...

.... otherwise I'd give him a pass :thumb

I've ridden with the Russians ... zey are crayzeeee :D

:beerjug:

If he's not dead yet he soon will be :blast

I've ridden in the Crimea, and Russian drivers are crazy....so he really is playing Russian roulette riding like that in Moscow!

Is'nt everyones commute like that? :nenau :D
He aint gonna be around too much longer

In fairness to the drivers, I didn't think they were bad. There may have been one or two where the time between indicating and changing lane was minimal, but you get that in this country. I counted about 3 near misses in the first 8 minutes. :eek

You're all fools it's a fake!

It can't be real the guys supposed to be riding a GS, if that was really true you'd hear a great clunk as it went into gear, you'd feel the vibration even in YouTube and he would have stopped at cafe's for a pie.

That sound of that bike alone gives it away, it's way to smooth to be a GS and there's no way a GS would go that fast the film must be playing back at 2X's if they did! LOL

Nope... The bottom line is you've all be taken in, what you're seeing there is just another non descript modern bike smoothed out by technology - it's a very clever fake but that ain't no GS

I wonder....

if he is/was a courier.
if he rides like that all the time, or just because he is filming it.
if he has a comprehensive life insurance policy that covers motorcycling.
if I can have whats left of the bike when he snuffs it under a lorry..
If he is from here but merely on holiday in Russia.Nah it cant be. Nobody on here rides like that do they????

I blame the Satnav obscuring the speedo, so he had no idea how fast he was going ;)

Believe me Russians either have no fear, an arrogance of epic proportions, or no brains, when driving....I think they work on the Indian principle of when your time's up, it's up!...either that or they are in a very urgent rush to get anywhere.

YouTube is full of Russian horror crashes....and in the Crimea I saw more horrific accidents in two weeks than I've seen in my lifetime :eek

I've been to Russia once, so I have seen some bad driving, but to be fair I didn't see much on that video ..... apart from the nutter on the bike. :D

Probably some untouchable oligarch's brat. The guy's a tosser... and not in a good way.

I agree with that :thumb2....that's what's so scary, he's pushing it in normal conditions, but in Russia they're likely to run reds, be on the wrong side of the road, two abreast, etc etc....he's going to meet one of them soon, probably very soon.

Well !

Theres old bikers
and bold bikers
and not many old bold ones left !

Wont be long before his luck runs out

Reminds me of the bikers antics round the Periferique in Paris

Cant see why he bothers stopping at the red lights
No one is going to turn in front of him - are they

D M R as said in previous post
Good luck lad and hope no one else gets injured

He does seem to go looking for the "weave through the cars" option in place of a more sensible empty lane - perhaps he knows something we don't.
Bit ruddy quick mind - not leaving any room for errors on others part.

What speed is an LC doing when speedo at 12 O Clock and at one stage 1pm isn ? Just wondering. Idiot.:rob
