Hi , just giving my 2018 1200 gs a check over ready for my euro trip and found my front break master cylinder is slightly leaking from what looks like one of the screws holding the top on. Any one ells had this happen.
Thanks,
Ian.

I would check to see if the rubber seal had perished and if not:
As you brake pads wear, you top up brake fluid.
If you had filled the reservoir to the max THEN put in new brake pads - there may now be too much fluid and the increase in pressure may cause a leak.
Sorry it's all I have - buena suerte

Put some rag underneath first, then pop the top off the MC reservoir & check for over-fill. Mine came back from service, like that, after a fluid change. Just draw off any surplus with a turkey baster or similar,

Hopefully something simple & not the piston seals leaking - it's difficult to see accurately from your pics.

Thanks for all the replies, I have not done anything to the brake fluid the bike was a used approved bike bought in end of February this year .
I'm not to worried I'll keep a eye on it and if it continues I'll give the dealer a call.
