I am having a weeping leak 
on the right underside of my 03 1150 Adv tank. First off, I thought the QD connectors or fuel lines were damaged but no. From the staining, it looks like it is something to do with the welded bracket that attaches to the tank.
It is difficult to see if theres anything wrong. The bracket is so tight against the tank body. Somehow, I would need to do a leak test as I assume it is when the tank is pressurised on riding that it leaks.
Has anyone else had leaks from failed welds?
It is times like this I feel a long way from home and a decent workshop.
