Leatherguard Trousers - advice

Quite tempted to purchase a pair of BMW Leatherguard Trousers.

Leather and Gore-Tex combined.

Does anyone have a pair of these, and if so are they any good. What are the like in both hot & cold weather, and the rain?

SPC have them at a cheap price on their current stock!

Went touring with a few people and they had them on. Seems to be pretty good even when we drove through rain.

The fit is the only complaint that I have heard. Because it has the goretex layer (I think) they are quite baggy in their fit. When I tried a pair, the tighter fitting size was okay, but I did worry about whether the goretex might tear internally. Not scientific I know, but thought I mention it.
