As long as you haven't got any memory leaks *which may slow it down to the point of uselessness) no.....but you ain't half burning some power doing it!
Why not just save them and come back to them ....you get a power cut and you're gonna be cursing!!

My geek friend tells me they are best left on permanently, something to do with warming up cycles and running more efficiently when warm, and they burn very little of that electricity stuff.
So he tells me.
But I switch mine off every night.
I've never measured the power it actually uses but i've got a 600w PSU in mine and on top of that the monitor takes some as well....I know it kicks out some heat though as it'll warm a room noticeably if left on.
I used to leave mine on until a power board blew out on a monitor causing a small fire, luckily I was sitting in front of it when it blew, had it been at night it could have been a disaster
