fitted mine couple of days ago,imo they are brill,quick to fit and super bright white light.

they are much brighter than the origional H11 ones plus the pair only draw 2.3amps (14 watts each) compared to 9 amps (55 watts each) from the H11's.

I have just returned a loan GSA to the dealer after a couple of days that was fitted with the LEDs. They are much brighter than mine with a nice white light and I want some, so how much are they and how easy are they to fit?
i paid £176 inc,peace of piss to fit.
I've read elsewhere that they are not recommended for the GSA. Something about cooling?
Yep, I was told that as well that bmw had not aproved for fitment to the gsa but my dealer now says that they have been given the all clear for gsa fitment.
Can't see how you can get any better cooling than that on a GSA stuck out in the breeze

Not so much cooling. But vibration.
They had not been tested when fitted to the GSA crash bar mounting points. And were worried about the vibration.
One of my chums has had a set of these on his GSA for a couple of months now.
They are actually brighter than the 35w HiD spots on my GSA.

I have a pair of the smaller LED units fitted to my 08 GS (by the dealer at a later date than original bike purchase) and they passed the MOT a couple of weeks ago.
As did the Les Wassall HID in my dipped beam

cant see why not Aux lights dont come under the testing.
They are E marked as well and sold by the dealer for aproved fittment to my model of bike.
