Left or right Which way around?

Arran, crossing to Arran from Adrossan then driving to catch the ferry to Claonaig, I'm in no hurry & just pottering about so which way sould I turn when i get to Brodick? Left or right (or even straight across)?

Turn left, be lucky if it will take an hour to get round for the ferry and you get to see a wee bit of the Island at the same time.:)
 
Just heard on radio Scotland this pm that folk on Arran were complaining bitterly about the potholed and crumbling state of the islands roads.

I thought they were made like that to discourage tourists....:augie
 
But if you turn right, you have to pass the Islands Distillery as you enter Lochranza...which you may just want to stop off at for a coffee ..or something...:augie :D

Lamlash, Pier head tavern:beer:, Alderside Hotel:beer:, and I think it's the Castle:beer:

Trying to remember the next pub down but in Whiting bay:beer:

Blackwater foot:beer: bar has a swimming pool I got attacked by a Cormrant on the beach there once when I was stoned:cool:rolleyes:
