Let the bling begin!!!

So a wee update............

Some more bits fitted

New slicks......couldn't get on with the knobblies
New chain.......lighter, faster and stronger....
New luggage....(under the seat)......
New rear mud guard.....
New bar-end grips......
New quick release seat post thingy....
New bottle cage......
New power commander....(that will me me)...

a few more bits to add....like, led lights front and rear, wireless trip computer and might consider putting a set of aero-bars on a well.

Can't believe I haven't got bum or leg ache yet although that might have something to do with the fact I was the Artane triathlon champion on three successive years..........even if it was a couple of years ago now.

Anyone fancy a fish dash on pedal bikes:nenau:D

Bryan, I just bought myself some new cycling shoes and to buy the cleats I had to buy some pedals, you can have them if you like, BUT a pair of cleats is not much less than a pair of pedals...

What size shoe are you? I have some old shoes too size 45.

My fitness level is not that good just yet Richie but we will certainly support the run. Could you post a PayPal account link, or even an address so we could send a few bob. Geraldine knows Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association very well and has worked with them in the past.
