My 1993 FLHS is pretty much standard as far as I can make out, however I think there is something amiss with the lights. It has a separate on-off switch for the 'Passing' lights or spotlights, however they only activate on low-beam, switch to high beam and the spotlights go out, is this normal for HD ?
Having much needed extra lights on my 1150 they are relayed in just the opposite manner i.e. the main spotlights are there to assist the feeble main beam and are triggered by relay, turn off main beam and the spots go off; this seems logical to me.
Assuming that the HD lights work off a relay would it just be a case of relocating the trigger wire from low beam to high in order to make them behave as I'm used to ?

I've sorted those, and swapped the wire as Rob indicated, all working as I like now, spots on with main when switched on.
