Lights

Always considered that these may well mask your indicator signals, not really what you want commuting on a dark, wet, winters day.

Good point, thanks. Wondering If I could attach them somewhere else?

Was thinking of putting extra lights on the GS for winter nightime commuting. Any thoughts on the item linked below? If not what else is worth putting on?

Thanks

I retro fitted a pair of Nippy Norms LED indicators/Brake lights, replacing the 4 red brake light LED's with Hi Viz white ones. I then installed them into the front indicators housing then wired them into the bikes lights, I now have forward facing running lights and indicators. Anybody interested in doing the same let me know and I will advise where to get the white LED's and how to do the mod.

Cheers

Looks like a great mod - I'm certainly interested in the detail (ordered a pair (with the Red LED's) from NN) - so yes please if you could send/post details.

I have 50W HID's in the Main and Dip and 35W HID's in the Micro DE's, but anything which gives a 'distinctive' lighting pattern has, in my opinion, to be a good idea.

Cheers,

Dave.
