Loading Adobe Flash Player

My lad is trying to load Flash Media to his laptop so he can play certain games and although it says it has installed successfully it doesn't seem to be there. Any suggestions where hes going wrong, and yes h did restart it after installation.

part of the OS once it has installed....don't expect to see it in the programs menu....if you did the install direct from the Adobe web site you will get the flash icon at the end of the install which shows it has installed and working ok....

If you are doing it in Firefox its better to download the complete installation executable and run from local disc. Can actually help with problems in IE as well. The site has the link to it.
