My system pannier (1150) locked onto the bike and raising the locking handle had no effect.
So a long time later and after some choice language, I have taken the offending article apart.
It seems to be a part inside the mechanism is physically broken, but without drilling out a whole lot more rivets, I can't absolutely confirm. Long story short I am looking for a damaged or unwanted pannier. I think either side will do and from any bike. Anyone got one
