I just wanted to share my experience re the above which I had professionally installed yesterday together with a Denali Sound Bomb by James Ricardo who trades under the name of ‘Shiny Side Up-Motorcycle Valet Ltd’ based in Earl Shilton Leicester. I live in North Essex therefore it was a 300 mile round trip but having researched my options I decided to give him a try. My main considerations were price, competence and service. Having made enquires with other providers James was extremely competitive he inspired confidence and was highly thought of. I spoke to him several times as well as texting him. He was always polite, professional and helpful. The installation took around three hours during which time we had some banter as well as putting the world to rights etc. I duly paid for the install and made my way home.

I don’t recommend people lightly but James was everything and more. A real gentleman and his work was next level. I felt he treated my bike as he would his own and I am absolutely delighted with the results. I am pleased to give him a 10 out of 10.

I saw his "Shiny Side Up" video on YouTube at the end of last year and that’s exactly how I thought he came across; confident, capable, professional and affable.

I've spoken with James a few times. I've not met him but he came across as a top bloke. I had them lined up to fit my MotoLights for me, but several videos online convinced me to have a go myself. I was a tad frustrated but perseverance saw me through and very please with my efforts. If I had to do it again I would definitely pay someone like James to do it for me
