Looking for a good place to fix my bike SW

Hello,

My F650gs is ill and I need to get it to someone in the Exeter area to get it fixed.
The engine keeps cutting out when it drops bellow 2000rpm. This has got so bad that it is getting dangerous to ride (stalling in the middle of roundabout with big lorry on my tail ).
I live in London and am visiting family in Devon, hence not being too hot on who would be good to get the bike to down here.

Any suggestions would be more than welcome.
