I have had Remus decat headers and Wings end can (with DB killer insert) since March 2020 on my KTM. Been away on trips to Europe at least once a year, sometimes twice r even three times like last year, including the super hot on noise countries like Austria and Germany. Never been pulled over.
In the UK, you are likely to be done for posting something to do with Palestine etc, or if you are really are going out of your way to attract attention by wring the neck of the bike and bouncing it of the limiter at any possible opportunity.

It's actually not too bad when you're cruising. If you're acting the bollocks, well.. sound or no sound you might get done anyways.

But sure, it'll definitely call for me attention.

Having a foreign accent also depends on your point of view, even if I had a perfect Irish accent it would still be a foreing accent to you so...

Ah, gotcha! So you know the struggles

For me, the best part is when folks try to match my accent with my face and try to guess where I'm from... they never get it and it's funny seing them trying to navigate through political correctness to get there. I always try to have a little bit of fun with it.

Hey Joe, remap is not needed for this one. I'm not a fan of remapping a bike, so I wouldn't do it personally.

I have not, but I know the akra is about 4 times the price. Surely it must be nice though...
