On my old 1200 GSA I had frame bags which secured to the crash bar frame, looking at the options for the R1250 GSA it appears they may rub against the plastic bodywork.

The old ones I had on the R1200 were these:

The ones I have seen for the R1250 GSA are below:

Very cheap option

Any recommendations, I want it for carrying tools, air pump etc.

Thanks

I've got a second hand set of crash bar bags if you are interested. I bought them off here last year but decided not to use them. Photos via email. £25 +postage they are for the gsa 1250...

Crash bar bags lomo

Go for a touratwat tool box

Any recommendations…..

If it’s potential rubbing that prays on your mind, why not simply stick some protective plastic protection (even something as simple as Gorilla Tape) in place. It’s clear and the bag will hide it. When you come to sell the bike, remove it with the hot air from a hair dryer or leave it on.

Good idea it's what I do with the tank bag, why I did not think the same would work....must be a long week. Thanks

Thanks will take a look, I have PM messaged my email address.

Here’s my Lonerider bags.

they are good, but I do secure the top of the bag on to the bar with a zip tie otherwise they look a bit floppy.

Plenty big enough for all sorts, waterproofs live in there…….sometimes donuts :D

Really help keep legs warm in winter.

That looks brilliant with the black cast wheels.

Look at that price difference (£116 vs £18).......be interesting to know if the quality difference is that great!
