Looking for Recommendations for warm/waterproof Gloves for March to Sep/Nov

Hello!

I'm in the market for a new pair of gloves. These will be used from about March to October/November.

I've done a lot of searching, but the posts about gloves seem to be either for full-on winter gloves or light summer gloves.

I'd like the gloves to be waterproof and warm and priced up to £120 -£150

Our summers are not generally blazing hot anymore, and I do tend to feel the cold on the cooler days ( could be down to the ancient Frank Thomas sub-zero Aqua gloves I've had for the last 15+ years).
Having said that, I don't want my hands to fry on our rare hot Summer days

Any real world recommendations would be appreciated.

Hi,

I bought a pair of Rukka Apollo gloves last year...I've found them warm, remarkably waterproof, and they're really comfortable and not bulky at all.

They're not cheap, but fall in your price range, and are a quality item. :thumb2

Best gloves I've owned. Warm enough for winter use with muffs & heated grips. Ideal for cool or wet summer days without muffs.

When touring in summer I take 2 pairs of gloves, these Drystars & a pair of Hein Gericke summer weight leather gloves which aren't waterproof.

I have Racer softshell but to hot for mid year, so I use Racer multitops after March.
Best for fit,protection and comfort..

Gotta say all the gloves look superb. I'm going up to the bike shops this week and I'll take these suggestions to see what available and try a few pairs on (with my bike jacket).

summer gloves

BMW summer rain......had mine for 3 years. Never leaked. Good for an easy 3 seasons with heated grips. About £70 but really worth it.

Yup, couldn't agree more. Whether or not you have heated grips does make a difference with gloves, and the BMW ones are great. For winter, try the Atlantis ones - pretty much the same thing but with a fleece lining between the goretex and the outer leather.

I bought a pair of Gerbring heated gloves at the bike show last year.

They are the dogs nuts. I have ridden every day through the winter so far apart from thick snow. They are abso -bloody lutely - fabulous. They are water proof and warm.
They tend make your whole body feel warm in the coldest of conditions. Heated grips tended to make my palms hot and fingers cold, whereas the heated gloves make your hands feel comfortable all over.

I dont want the summer to come now beacause I'll have to switch them off.
 
Ooops,,,,,,,,,,,sorry, should have read your post properly. Still Gerbring gloves are brill.

From April on to November its my GS gloves.

Also do a pair, but I have no idea what they are called.

I would recommend a trip to infinity motorcycles as they stock Rukka, Alpinestar, Dainese and Racer gloves so you can get a good idea of whats available
