Lose pinlock insert

Folks my anti fog insert as come lose in my caberg visor, i was wondering if anyone else as had ths problem? Being lose completely defeats the idea of the insert as it fogs up even more inbetween. Can i re stick the visor or do i moan to the seller( less than a year old) n see what they say. Or have i had some bad luck and shell out another £22 for a new visor insert.

The pins that hold the pinlock in place have an eccentric part. You need to use a fine flat bladed screwdriver to turn them, that should tighten the fit of the rubber gasket against the inside of your visor. I think it's best to take the insert out, adjust and then refit. You might need to try this a few times to get it right. Adjust with the insert in and you risk breaking the pins.
