Just to add to all the rest what's been said above, I couldn't give a fu ck if you support me or not in the right or wrong way on what happened, it was never ever about people standing next to me, it was about advice and if anyone can either help or shed any light on the problems etc

I'm a big boy now and stand on my own two feet, the reason BMW Motorad UK rejected the exchange was because of the sales manager @BMW Marshalls in Grimsby telling them that i already had a bike from them that had been down the road to which they knew about and didn't tell me until I found tell tale signs on it that didn't add up, they asked me to pay more money and they would pre register this new bike so i would save money, great i thought and then i get all This, I lost over £300p on a 1400ml Suzuki and three months old to get the last bike that had been dropped and slid to which they didn't tell me, I then paid more money on top to get a bike that's had problems from day 1

I then got offered a replacement then all he'll broke loose

I'm sorry that people think that i have done wrong but fu ck BMW and fu ck Marshalls too

That's the whole story so think of it as you will
Oh and btw they sold the slid / damaged bike the same day i got a rejection call had been cancelled , funny that isn't it
You pay your money and even on a new BMW it's a gamble , not good enough on in any bike from a 125 up to a new GSA TE
