Hi all
I have an Autocom Pro 7 Sport which is connected to a Kenwood TK3201 and a Garmin 660. Been using it without issue for some time but recently I have been losing my bike to bike comms. The Autocom becomes live when the side lights come on. On start up I can talk, but after a short time I can only hear my mates but not talk to them. Music works fine from the 660
It's not the headset as I have a headset in another helmet, same problem.
I've checked the push to talk button, all seems fine there. The red light comes on, on the 3201 when the button is pressed, so all seems good there too.
I've changed the extension leads between the unit and helmet, no change.
Checked and cleaned all the cable join points with electrical spray cleaner, no change.
No visible cuts or breaks in any cables
So, could there be an internal intermittent fault in the Kenwood, or is there something I can do to test?
Any help would be appreciated
