I'm not sure if he's out of hospital but he was/is in it for a while with a broken nose and broken back in 2 places. I read on facebook he's been in an accident however unsure if it's regarding a bike or paragliding (which he was trying to get me to take up :D ) but I think he's come off a bike.

Lou, known for being a mental rider and for doing things to his KTM when he wanted a BMW :comfort (let's say no more ...)

Get well soon. :beerjug:

Best wishes for a full recovery,

:thumb2

Is this the fella (Loueye??) whose front tyres last 50,000 miles because they're rarely on the ground?

:beerjug:

I've heard Loueye is out of hospital although i Havn't seen him yet he is mobile but has a type ofcorsett on to support his injuries.
I'll pass on your thoughts to him when i do catch up with him and for information it was a real nasty bike accident. he had to be resusitated at the scene and was lucky a nurse was on the scene almost immediatly.

Via my facebook convo. He's one lucky lad ...

"had a head on with a car on the bike at about 60mph at Winlaton mill. can't remember what happened but have a broken back in 5 places, broken nose and died 3 times. Stuck on the couch for approx the next 3 months"

I have of course asked him how many wheels he was on when he hit the car ;)
He didn't have a bike when I spoke to him a month ago. I wonder what he's wrote off...

That's one hell of a collission: You've got to assume the car was moving too!

Pass on our Get Well Soon messages on whatever a "facebook" is....

:rob

He's wrote off a honda blackbird. :clap

One less sports bike on the road has to be a good thing. ;)

I'm very sorry to hear this. Loueye has entertained me a few time taking "air". Sounds very nasty.

Speedy recovery and best wishes. :thumb

So it was that bugger who had me held up in the traffic;)

Pass on my best wishes via the bookface thingy.
