Ordered my first ever LS2 lid......
It's a brand I would have never considered...but they seem to be coming on leaps & bounds.

Kinda helps that it's pseudo M-Sport colours.

Any LS2 users with thoughts??

LS2 Vector II Carbon.

My carbon one is way better for me that my tour x4.

Lighter, quieter, comfier.

No need to spend more.

I tried on their flip back, modular one as A&D stock it. Could not get it to fit. Shoei and Nolan in an XL fit so you lot must have funny shaped heads.

I measure a 60cm head.......tried on a Large and although tighter than I would like......both myself and the helmet man in store reckon that the new foam will "give" enough for the lid to fit just right.
🤞 🤞 🤞

I have a modular one that the chin bar goes round to the back. Good solid comfortable helmet. Chin bar is a bit close to my chin but no problem JJH

that was my problem, L too tight across the forehead, XL too baggy. Past experience with a slightly uncomfortable helmet is that they rarely bed in properly if it is tight across the forehead. Cheek pads will compress and can be swapped on some brands like Shoei.

It wasn't tight across my forehead......just a little more snug then I would like.

Yup, i tried the small, way to close to my chin,

medium fine but a tad loose, if they did fitting foams, it would be an ideal helmet

The one i looked at had a carbon fibre flip chin bar, as opposed to the std carbon helmet / polycarb chinbar as most do

Another "plus" for jumping on the LS2 bandwagon....

Just ordered an Iridium Visor....

Less than €40

That would cost around 40 billion dollars from Shoei/Arai etc etc

I've had an LS2 for a while now, good comfy helmet but I found it very loud if comms aren't fitted, I've got round this by inserting a foam disk behind the padding over the comms cut out, It works very well.

Enjoy your new lid Sir.

Cardo 2nd Helmet kit winging its way from Germany and a set of 45mm JBL's waiting for that kit.

I'll swap the Cardo between my HJC flip lid and the new LS2 (which is really only for Sunday blasts)

Got the visor.....Cardo being delivered today.....just waiting on the feckin helmet now!!

If the visor is anything to go by.....the quality of the helmet should be spot on.

As we say in Ireland 🇮🇪.....I don't give a flyin' wank where it's made.

Genuinely, I've paid €100 for Shoei visors in the past.......never again!!!

(sent from my Chinese Communist Party Smart Phone)
