Luggage rack side bags ??

Looking at buying a set of the Luggage rack side and under bags for bits and pieces needed when touring! I was looking at the Touratech version but have just noticed they say they don't fit with the BMW vario panniers and topbox which I have? the Wunderlich versions say and show they fit, but I prefer the look of the Touratech ones.

Can anyone comment either way on this?

Sorry what I meant was does anyone have this combination?? ie Touratech bags with vario panniers or Wunderlich bags with vario panniers?
