lumpy throttle at 3k rpm

My '94 1100 GS is running great but has a lumpy throttle response at 3k rpm. I have fitted 1200 GS injectors , John Gimi chip and everything else is standard.. Current mielage is 52k and I am looking to replace the Hall sensor this winter as a precaution. Anything else I should be taking a look at ?
