I ended up with an AK47 BB Gun in a job lot of air rifles & pistols I bought from a deceased's estate

It was so realistic I was concerned to be seen with it

I used it once to ensure that it functioned and SOLD it on pronto

I used to service the real things back in the early 1980's as an apprentice when half our armoury was full of the RM detachments weapons, I bet I could probably still strip one pretty quickly nowadays from memory.

I recall how toy-like the M16 was compared to the SLR which felt like a blunderbuss in comparison.
