Mac Aperture update help.

Running Mac Lion. Thought I should update Aperture as I haven't used it for a good while.
Current version is 3.6 and I'm on 3.2.3.
Apple recommend going to the updates page and selecting all updates but I can't see this option for the life of me!
There are about 20 updates or so on their support page, from memory. Do I have to download them all and install in sequence? Must be a better way hopefully.
I know Apple are going to pull support for Aperture soon, but it will do for what I want.
Any advice gratefully received.

Well after a bit of of a trawl I think I may have joined " Team Obsolete ". Need to upgrade the OS to upgrade Aperture. As my Mac is 2006 vintage it's a no go.
