Hi all
Any Mac heads available to assist with this one pls?
I bought a Power Mac G4 (mac on a stick) a few years ago. It is a 700Mhz version running OS X Panther.
Number one son has used it now for a couple of years at Uni. He graduated this year and the Mac has been transported hither and yon since.
I now get it back home and try to give it some TLC again but it ain't recognising the internal RAM (512), only the extra 128 Mb RAM I shoved in a few years back.
I've taken the base off the Mac and re-inserted the 512, to no avail (just in case it had come loose but it hadn't)
Any useful suggestions.
And how much would it go for if I want to move it on d'ya think?
