Macbook A1181 advice

There's a Macbook A1181 for sale on the FS&W section at work and I'm tempted but know very little about them.
It's 2 months old, boxed etc and they paid over £800 for it.
I can get it for £450.
Any thoughts....

there's a 7 month old one on ebay at the moment for £420 if that's any guide?



i think the basic plastic macbook has been updated since this model, possibly LED backlight to the screen, new unibody case and CPU speed bump?

Thanks, looks like they are asking top money for a basic model.
Think I'll give it a miss.
