Keep your eyes open for a the tank panel and beak and get those painted, they appear on here and Ebay regularly and it leaves you the originals just in case. :augie

Clearly I am in the minority (story of my life......just call me Billy, Billy-no-Mates!)

I don' have a problem with the black paint..........I could see my Adventure in black. It seems that you have fitted a few parts from the Adventure and clearly spent a load of cash on other bits - would it not have been easier and cheaper to buy an Adventure?

I think my biggest 'beef' is with the extra extra lights and double double exhaust - just looks too much for my taste...............but then judging by the large content of positive comments on this now overly large thread what do I know? :blast

The only bits I've added from the GSA is the luggage, given that the only part of the luggage system that comes standard with the GSA is the luggage rack and I picked mine up on Ebay at a decent price from a seller who had diitched his to fit the GS rack so he could use the vario box and panniers the cost is pretty much the same.

As for the extra lights I personally like them for the increased visability in day time riding and paticalarly at night as I'm blind as a bat, which causes me issues in the dark. :blast

On the twin Akra, well the jury's still out on that one but I change exhausts more often than my underwear so God knows how long it will last. :augie
