At least the guy is being honest and asking so we at least have the opportunity of having some input. Most hacks would just read the forum anyway then compose a work of Faction or do I mean Fict

...go on play the game though Tim, If you are going to get a tenner for the article, at least take out a standing order subscription for the privelege of picking our combined wealth of experience.

Alternatively I could ruffle a few feathers and tell you why I decided not to buy a 1200GS

Yes, i have a GS adventure (56 plate), and have since managed to talk at least two of my sports bike chums into swapping to Bavaria's finest - the only 'gotcha' being the insurance for one guy who lives in london and has been riding for less than a year!

My Moto Guzzi LeMans was used for a six page feature by a magazine. Only by asking, was I given a free subscription for a year. I was then approached by a freelance journalist to allow it to be photographed for a book and in return I would receive a free copy. Four years later and still no book. So if you are happy to help them earn their money, don't expect too much in return.
