I have a 650 twin and an old magnetic tank bag (not that old, but bought for my old 125), has anyone come up with a way of fitting these to the 'dummy' plastic tank? I was wondering if anyone had tried sticking these super strong magnets to the underside of the plastic? Is there anything that may be buggered by the strength of the magnets? Anything electronical I mean :nenau

not sure but I had one of those little keyring compasses that float in a fluid ball and when I turned the engine over the polarity changed :D I have a rough idea what is doing this. I used to have a Hein Gericke tank bag and just strapped it down well. It was fine. The magnets were not necessary.

Good idea, perhaps i'll have to invest in some kind of straps, lost the ones that came with the bag :blast
