After thinking how to do it i just got the hacksaw to it and cut off useless plastic and binned the plastic cap..
It is possible to do without taking tank off with much difficulty.

after fitting i twisted the bracket to improve clearance and attached a plastic zip tie on the brake line to make sure it clears from rubbing.
Sprayed some ACF50 over it and it was done...
I did cut off more plastic off than in pic's

The difference is  wow no more cars thinking iam a scooter.
I think all motrcycle horn's should be like this..seeing drivers playing with toys and loud audio sytems drowning out noise, this will prick their ears up.

I didn't mention this is on a 09 GSA, space under there is minimal.
and the plastic around the horn is useless.

Bit late for you but there is a space on the RHS of the fuel tank where US models have a charcoal cannister fitted, it's a good spot for a Stebel Magnum, fits a treat and no cutting required ;)

I have the twin magnum set up mounted under the beak on a Migsel light bar. Both are pointing forwards as well as slightly down for maximum noise generation towards the cage drivers etc. I was deaf for about 10 seconds after trying them out in my garage. They work a treat. I don't know why so many new bike horns are useless - my old K1100 had twin fiams fitted as OEM.
