Anyone out there with the experience and knowhow willing to hold a workshop on F800GS maintenance. Oil, valves, bearings and whatever one needs to know for a big trip?

Most of those actions are more or less-well shown on youtube. Alternatively, you could get Haynes manual. I know this is not what you have asked for, but might help.
