Yep, I have them. They're ok, and fit well. They're actually quite expensive for what they are, but they haven't ripped, zips are fine, carry straps are secure etc etc....
Bought mine from a Tosser on here.

I think they're expensive for what they are, but they're probably some of the cheapest fitted pannier liners out there. They're stitched together out of the same stuff that makes a £15 ruck sack from the market, so i guess you're paying for the made to measure aspect, not the material they're made from.
Are they waterproof? Dunno, my panniers are so it doesn't matter to me whether the inner bags are or aren't.

They work for me.
They are nowhere near the quality of the BMW bags, but they are protected by the box
Waterproof? Yes in terms of material. No in terms of zips.
They will probably survive a leak in the bottom of the box, but not being left out in a downpour.
