Not on the bike, but in the car, I planned a route, south on A1, east on A14 then up A143 through a waymark at Diss and up to Holt on the north Norfolk coast. The Zumo 550 wanted me to turn off the A1 towards Newark and Kings Lynn. Even when I ignored it, it kept insisting on turning me around for miles. When I was aproaching Cambridge, it decided to route me straight up Norfolk, ignoring my waymark.
What’s the point of a Mapsource pre planned route, if the unit ignores it and goes for a different route?
I have the unit to give a 'truck' route, so what am I doing wrong, if I can't rely on a mapsource route, it takes away a lot of the benefits of the Garmin system.
