Mapsource updates?

When I ask mapsource to check for software updates I get the 'connecting to server 'message and it just stays like that with the chevroned bar running - any ideas?

Has there been anything since 6.8.1?

How about City Navigator, has there been a release since V8?

I'm getting exactly the same! I'm on 6.9.1 now and I'm fairly certain that I upgraded previously - but no success now

WTF is all that about then, I thought that I was all up to date.
