Haven't been to the Grimsby dealership since a poor experience 4 or 5 years ago. A mate of mine persuaded me to try again so visited a few days ago, wife and I test rode a new RT. Top service by nice people, very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Paul and Steve in sales were excellent, as was the chap at the service desk, a big thank you from us.

Yes i agree

I bought my first GS from there when it was Astles and the after care and servicing was not good but I have ordered my XR from there and so far Steve and Paul have been brilliant ringing me regularly with updates that they know of and returning calls when i rang to pester. The place seems to be much better under the marshals name

They called this evening to tell me my XR will be with them tomorrow and they will rush it through workshops so I can have it on Saturday
