Massive thanks to Motohaus

I bought some SW Motech Alu Box panniers and a topbox from Adventure Bike Warehouse last July for my 650GS. I soon moved the bike on, but kept the luggage and transplanted it onto my Varadero.
The panniers leaked like a sieve around the seals, so ABW got onto Motohaus and sorted me some new seals. So far so good. The new seals also leaked! Sat outside the house, not actually moving.!!! Not a happy chappy.
So I emailed Motohaus and had a nice moan (not nasty, just factual and polite).
I am very pleased to report that not only did the very nice Claire respond to my email the same day, but the following day I got a call to arrange collection of my leaky panniers and top box, and to say that they were sending me out by next day courier a brand new set of all singing all dancing luggage.
All arrived and fitted yesterday!
So, great service from Motohaus and a refreshing change to arguing with suppliers. Thank you Claire at Motohaus
