The guy on the Siebenrock stall had a couple of bikes on show with all the latest bling
The oil filler round rocker cover and the 280 yo yo front brake disc and bracket for the original caliper looked well
Interestingly they had put the same " off an earlier airhead" footrests as me
lowered a little and very much more comfy on long trips - I thought I had a secret
these were 16 quid second hand from Motoworks - they fit all bmw GSs I have including 1150 but do move a little forward as well - I have cut and re-welded the steel gearchange on me PD - Cool and only about 150 quid cheaper than Poorateck
As for the comfort and reliability did 3225 mile in 14 days = 2 of which were laidup in Garmisch - had to adjust the LH tappet in Bardonechia cos I dint do it right last time I set um - used 500ml of oil - did 689 mile in one day including 5 cols - did have a sheepskin on though - OO and got 2860m up the trail at the Stella - Also I ticked off the Deutch Alpinestrasse and a load of Col's = best pic of the G st Bernardo
